Nestling into a hillside in the beautiful setting is a detached cottage on one level looking out onto the fields, estate and woods. This 95 year old cottage next to our estate is renovated to ensure that it retains its traditional Coorg architecture with an offer of modern amenities, with fine views of fields, woods, plantations, with a pond and brook. The charming little cottage offers the perfect setting for a holiday in Coorg ’s fascinating and beautiful Coorg countryside. The cottage is fitted with amenities to suit one’s modern needs. The House has Double Rooms, A Hall, Kitchen, Porch, 2 Western Baths & an Attic. Guests could go for a stroll in the estate and stroll around listening to the singing of wide variety of birds. The sound from the trickling brook nearby is music as sweet as a lullaby. The pond in front of the house is quite a delight, where one relax and stare at the starry nights. The house is surrounded with estates – cardamom, coffee, orange, pepper and banana, with a wide variety of tastes. Come monsoon and the lush green paddy fields invite one for a stroll around emerald fields. Amid the estates tall trees are habitats for a spectrum of colorful birds, making the place lively and unique. All at the same time, the place is well connected by main roads and just 8 Kms, from Madikeri Town.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The ambience was truly delightful, and the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The owner was present during our visit and ensured that all arrangements were taken care of. He remained available over the phone throughout our stay, which added a personal touch and made us feel well-supported.
The caretaker was equally attentive and took excellent care of us during our time there. Both breakfast and dinner were served promptly, and we appreciated having the flexibility to choose our meals. The food was delicious, and tea was served right on time every day.
Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and quality of food exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
